• use automated scraping or bots without permission

You should not collect sensitive personal data unless you have a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards.

AI outputs must be reviewed before use.

5. Respondent protection

You agree not to mislead respondents.

Where appropriate, surveys should clearly state:

• who is collecting the data
• why the data is being collected
• whether responses are anonymous
• how responses will be used
• how respondents can contact the survey owner

6. Platform protection

You may not:

• attempt unauthorized access
• test vulnerabilities without permission
• interfere with service performance
• upload malicious files
• abuse APIs
• create multiple accounts to bypass limits
• use the platform for fraudulent purposes

7. Enforcement

If we believe you violated this policy, we may:

• remove content
• disable surveys
• suspend response collection
• restrict features
• suspend or terminate your account
• report unlawful activity where required
• preserve information for legal or security reasons
