You should not collect sensitive personal data unless you have a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards.

AI outputs must be reviewed before use.
5. Respondent protection
You agree not to mislead respondents.
Where appropriate, surveys should clearly state:
- who is collecting the data
- why the data is being collected
- whether responses are anonymous
- how responses will be used
- how respondents can contact the survey owner
6. Platform protection
You may not:
- attempt unauthorized access
- test vulnerabilities without permission
- interfere with service performance
- upload malicious files
- abuse APIs
- create multiple accounts to bypass limits
- use the platform for fraudulent purposes
7. Enforcement
If we believe you violated this policy, we may:
- remove content
- disable surveys
- suspend response collection
- restrict features
- suspend or terminate your account
- report unlawful activity where required
- preserve information for legal or security reasons
